The cordial ambience. The staff recommended us a restaurant. What a perfect place to stay!
Beautiful location in the old town. Our room was very comfortable, it was perfectly equipped and in the king-size bed we could sleep fantastically!
Location is super central
Very dark - service friendly but unprofesdionell
I couldn't open the window in my room.
Perfect ambience , great location , super amenities , comfortable bed plus soft linen and good blanket , super bathroom ,
I liked everything, nothing to criticize!
Montreal's most beautiful roof terrace! Good for a drink or a snack. Beautiful view of the old town. Good breakfast
Room a little dark. Small window.
Centrally located in the old town of Montreal, a few meters from Notre-Dame. Very friendly service at reception, helpful concierge, very attentive room service. Dinner in the bar also very friendly and competent service.
Breakfast is cancelled. Egg dishes and crepes were cold. Coffee is available slowly and on demand.
Modern room, king size bed, offers radio one of the best designs.
Only dissadvantage was the unacceptable breakfast, for the price of the hotel. Bread, croissants etc were two days old, fruits were cut the day before and served from the fridge, some boiled eggs were broken. I think they have the option for better breakfast at extra charge.. Anyway at $220 per day it felt like they were serving left overs.
Great location, great valet car service, nice bathroom
Baggage service was slow, room was small (too much furniture for the space), bedding was odd (plastic mattress cover was squeaky)
Welcome, services, quietness, excellent position in old city, staff kindness and a gastronomic restaurant !
Location and frienliness of the staff.
A little pricey.
Met friends ate at good restaurants. Visited museums. Went to botanical gardens via city bikes. Stopped atjazz festival
staff friendliness. room decor. good value breakfast. within walking distance of most downtown offices/activities. the rooftop bar, main floor restaurant and adjacent connecting beer hall/restaurant, were all convenient amenities.
quieter rooms were facing the interior courtyard or a brick wall, and were darker than normal as a result. the room staff continually replaced towels/faceclothes [even in evening], rather than leave to use for a few days - not environmentally sound practice anymore. no re-cycle containers in the rooms. some rooms very small [I booked two different ones]
The room was gorgeous. A mix of old and new decor. Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade to a suite with a Jacuzzzi, sitting area and fireplace, for 25$/nite, which we took and loved. Great location. Concierge was helpful in making dinner reservations and getting us tickets online.
Excellent staff and service
Popular bar across street gets very loud... Ask for room not facing St. Paul
